Our Retreat Cente in Punta Leona offers a cozy and friendly space for you to get away from the daily stresses of life and come release yourself mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally and and mingle along the local Yoga community near you.

Our Jaco yoga studio is located on the beach, close to many hotels and restaurants. Whether you are staying in Jaco or visiting for a long weekend our tranquil atmosphere and beautiful natural setting have something for everyone! Our staff is friendly, knowledgable, and dedicated to helping you achieve your goals both physically and mentally.
