What is Fitness boxing?
Fitness boxing is a mixture of boxing with fitness, during our lessons there will not be real sparring that could lead to injuries. Did you know that many martial arts movements are taken as a basis for other health disciplines? Basically, the training methodology comes from boxing. So the coach is usually well educated in boxing. A good coach will help and advise if you do something wrong.
For who is Fitness boxing?
This type of fitness is suitable for both men and women. Make sure you will be prepared to give all your best so also you can start making progress. This form of boxing will help you get in excellent physical shape. But remember to start with low loads and build up the intensity. Eventually, you will gradually achieve good results.

Introducing your boxing coach
My name is Kristina and together with you I would like to look for a way in which you can become fitter and healthier. Both physically and mentally. I am a certified boxing coach and originate from Russia and speak also English.
I am living in Costa Rica for 5 years now. During this time I am giving different martial arts trainingen in Jaco. One of my specializations is boxing.

You can come boxing in a well-equipped gym and can choose between individual lessons or for participation in a boxing group. Participation in group lessons costs per person $20 and individual classes cost $30 per lesson.
