La Focaccia di Martino Restaurant was born thanks to the dream of Don Alfonso Martino, founder of Martino Hotel in La Garita and several other resorts in his native Italy in a later time, who has spent most of his life trying to highlight the true taste of the Italian kitchen, especially the kitchen of Naples, with its great variety of recipes and flavors that was deeply influenced by Greek, French, Spanish and Arabic cuisines. For this reason, and following the teachings of Don Alfonso, La Focaccia di Martino Restaurant keeps believing that it is impossible a quality cuisine without using only fresh, natural and Italian premium ingredients. In addition, all breads, pastas, focaccias, lasagnas and jams are homemade, strictly following the norms of their tradition.
