which fit into a creative menu based on unique ingredients from all around the world, such as the flour which baked their own bread, a secret sour dough starter made from yogurt and apples, matured for more than thirteen months, gives an exquisite bread baked in their own ovens, with a flavour and texture equal to none, as well as fresh vegetables also selected with great care every day.
