Product C Restaurant is an excellent fresh fish and oyster restaurant, wet bar and distributor, that has become quite a hit.
Product C is a family business, whose founder, the French Canadian Demian Geneau, was a distinguished student of the Culinary Institute of Vancouver. His first steps took place in some of the finest restaurants in Vancouver. However, it was not until “migrated south” when “got his own spoon” as he successfully created one of the best 4-star restaurants in Costa Rica: La Flor Blanca. Samantha and Stephane, the youngest of the Geneau family are actively involved in customer service and with their extensive sales skills within the company, ensure that the philosophy of efficiency, reliability and personal service are maintained and confirmed.
Product C Restaurant is fantastic for a quick, light, healthy and delicious lunch, also in the afternoons offers a special menu and serves as a stylish evening meal or simply enjoy a glass of wine, as the restaurant has a large selection of exclusive and ideal wines to accompany your dishes. In addition, Product C is proud to be the first company in Costa Rica that offers hot water oysters grown for distribution to restaurants in the country. Their oysters, cultivated through “long-line system” has been approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAG in Spanish). By placing your order, oysters are hand selected, washed, packed with ice and delivered to your place of business.
