Product C is a family business, whose founder, the French Canadian Demian Geneau, was a distinguished student of the Culinary Institute of Vancouver. His first steps took place in some of the finest restaurants in Vancouver. However, it was not until “migrated south” when “got his own spoon” as he successfully created one of the best 4-star restaurants in Costa Rica: La Flor Blanca.
