3 Scalini Restaurant opened in March, 2010, giving to the public a new choice for those who like the Italian spoon in a smoke-free environment.
The restaurant comes from the idea of Italian chef Antonio D ‘Alaimo, who has 25 years of living in Costa Rica and is well recognized in the national gastronomic field for his involvement in other establishments as Il Ponte Vecchio and Il Ritorno.
3 Scalini Restaurant highlights the Mediterranean influence as the main ingredient, which separates it from other Italian restaurants, and using a trend that requires all ingredients to be fresh, such as fish, it can’t be frozen, said D ‘Alaimo.
“I come from southern Italy, one of the poorest areas, so, there we are accustomed to eat more natural, with fresh products, that’s what I want to bring here”, said D ‘Alaimo.
3 Scalini Restaurant argues that Italy is much more than just pasta and pizza. That is why in their menu, entries are a highlight with a wide range of antipasti and salads. Similarly, among the main courses you can find from a Marsala Veal, to a traditional Carbonara Spaghetti, all these without leaving aside the wide range of desserts offered as the classic Tiramisu or a Nougat Mousse with chocolate sauce.
And of course wines can’t be left out, with quite comfortable prices depending on brand and quality.
A dining experience at each visit, simply the best Italian cuisine in the country!
The restaurant takes reservations, accepts all major credit cards and has a large parking lot.
Schedule:
From Monday to Saturdays from 12 p.m. to 2:30 pm and from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
